Concur and Credit Card Administrator

Apollo Video Technology is a leading manufacturer of video surveillance and fleet management solutions for public transit, rail, school transportation, law enforcement, military, commercial transportation, fire and EMS applications. We are continuing to build our Finance team by adding an Concur and Credit Card Administrator.

Summary:

The Concur and Credit Card Administrator position is a hybrid of accounting and analyst work. As the Concur and Credit Card Administrator you would handle the day-to-day travel and expenses management and general ledger maintenance; including account analysis and financial statement preparation. You will also manage corporate credit card program at Apollo Video Technology. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with and provide excellent and timely customer service to employees.
  • Assist with employee training on company travel and expense policy and efficient use of the Concur system.
  • Manage the company corporate credit card program.
  • Review expense report approval workflows, expense coding, and compliance with company policy.
  • Reconcile GL accounts between QuickBooks and Concur on a regular basis to confirm that all expense reports have integrated completely and accurately.
  • Reconcile GL accounts to credit card statements at month end.
  • Reconcile cash paid for employee reimbursements.
  • Reconcile inventory receipts paid by credit card.
  • Maintain Prepaid and Fixed Asset schedules.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate files and documentation in accordance with company policy and generally accepted accounting practices.
  • Record accruals for employee spend and other miscellaneous journal entries at month-end.
  • Review and reconcile monthly travel credit card activity and record journal entries.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience: 

  • BA degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • 2+ years of full cycle accounting experience.
  • Experience in QuickBooks and Concur are required, SyteLine preferred.

  • Strong MS Excel skills, Pivot Tables, Vlookups, Hlookups
  • Ability to conduct detailed analysis, accurate and timely reporting
